What forms of payment do you accept?

Through my retail location I can accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. This can be done by e-mail or over the phone. I also accept money orders and cashier's checks. If we have done business before, I will be glad to take your personal check :-) I also accept PayPal.

What are the shipping arrangements and costs?

I prefer to use the Post Office, mainly because it is right next to my store! Priority Mail (which is any First Class mail that is more than 13 ounces) is $4.60 for up to two pounds. Most jewelry items, by the time they are securely padded and wrapped are in this category, so my standard shipping to destinations in the United States is $4.60 PLUS insurance. Insurance starts at 1.65 cents. Because I feel that I am responsible if the parcel does not reach you, I do insist that all transactions be insured.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No problem...we'll just have to discuss the method you would like to use and the cost. Again, my preference it the Post Office, but I am flexible :-)

How accurate are the pictures I am looking at?

Most of the images are scanned on my Canon scanner although I occasionally use my Nikon 900 digital camera for larger or three-dimensional items. My goal is for the picture to look as close to life size as possible on my 21" Iiyama monitor. I do a little editing in Adobe Photoshop to make the item look as close as possible to how it looks holding it in my hand...BUT your monitor may make it look QUITE different! If you have ANY questions about the physical measurements or actual color or condition of any of my items, please do not hesitate to e-mail me for further information.

If you are planning a trip to Arizona, take up drive up to the picturesque, old, mining town of Jerome. We are on Highway 89A midway between Prescott and Sedona.
